If cancelled or modified up to:

• 1 day(s) until 08:00 h (CET) before the booked date, no fee will be charged.
• 1 day(s) until 20:00 h (CET) before the booked date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later, or in case of no-show the full amount will be charged.

IMPORTANT: In case of cancelling the booking of excursions paid in cash, money will be returned to the client by depositing it on his bank account, an option to which the client agrees while purchasing the excursion.
